Welcome to the St Modwen Coomeswood website where you will find further information about St Modwen’s proposed plans for redeveloping Coombs Wood Sports and Social Club, developing a cricket pitch and associated facilities on land off Stewarts Road as well as the proposed enhancements to Olive Hill Primary School facilities.
The website has been designed to provide factual information about the scheme. A public exhibition was held on Monday 7th July at Coombs Wood E-Business Centre on Coombs Wood Business Park. The website provides all the information that was on display at the exhibition.
